Our Privacy Policy follows, and is consistent with, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and other issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). This policy describes how AAVA collects, uses, shares, and keeps information about residents, non-residents, employees, and suppliers who interact with the Association.
To create and maintain a responsible relationship and provide quality service, we collect information that allows us to accurately and efficiently manage your membership, process transactions such as dues payments, respond to service inquiries, and facilitate your participation in village events and programs.
We collect data when you fill out our forms, including the Member Registration Form, ID Application Form, Move-in/Delivery Pass, Move-out Pass, and Vehicle Sticker Enrolment Form, or when you otherwise transact with the Association.
Your basic personal information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and photograph, as well as records of your dues payments, service inquiries, and event participation.
We consider and evaluate your suitability for employment and, with your permission, inform and consider you for future job opportunities within the Association.
We collect data when you fill out our Employee Information Sheet and submit supporting documents during the application and employment process.
Your resume, references, date of birth, Social Security System (SSS) number, PhilHealth Insurance number, PAG-IBIG Fund membership number, and records of hours worked, performance assessments, and photographs.
We evaluate your capability as a potential accredited supplier of AAVA, enroll your details in our database, and apply changes to your records when required.
We collect data when you submit requirements such as your DTI Registration, latest Income Tax Return, General Information Sheet, and VAT Registration.

We share your personal information with our employees, contractors, consultants, and other parties who require such information to carry out village operations and services, as permitted by law, to protect the rights of the Association, during emergencies, or with your consent.
AAVA is very sensitive to privacy issues and is especially careful in its communications with children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the consent of a parent or guardian.
AAVA believes the integrity of our relationships is founded on choice. You may refuse or withdraw your consent at any time, and you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, or object to its processing, subject to applicable law.
