""AAVA e-Payment is Now Available" "

Dear AAV Residents,

You can now pay your AAVA Association Dues online at www.aava.com.ph. You must be a registered user first to be able to use this feature. To register:

1. Go to www.aava.com.ph.

2. Click Login at the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.

3. Click Create an account.

4. Fill-out the form and then click Submit.

5. Wait for an email from AAVA confirming the registration.

6. Login using your user name and password as indicated in the email.

7. The Members tab with e-Payment feature should appear.

Once you are registered:

1. Login at www.aava.com.ph.

2. Click on Members tab.

3. Click on Select Payment then choose Association Dues.

4. Indicate CCODE and Amount.

5. Click Pay.

6. Follow on-screen instructions.

7. Once your payment has been posted your Official Receipt (OR) will be available in 2-3 working days.

2015 Annual General Membership Meeting

Please be informed that the 2015 Annual General Membership Meeting of the Association will be held as follows:

We invite members from Districts   4, 5 & 6 to make your nomination for the Governor of your district by using the [form found in AAVA News, Feb. 14-19 issue]. Any regular member who is not delinquent  in the payment  of association  dues and is not in violation  of the deed of restrictions  in all of his/her properties  in the village and who is an actual owner-resident  of the district for at least six (6) months  prior to the time of nomination,  may qualify  to run for Dis1trict  Governor,  except the members  of the Nomination  and Election  Committee.   The accomplished form must be received by the NOMELEC Secretariat at the AA VA Office on or before 5:00 p.m.  of February    9, 2015.   Any nomination received after the aforementioned deadline will not be honored.

 

Members who are not delinquent in the payment of their association dues as of February 28, 2015 and who are not in violation of the Deed of Restrictions shall be qualified to vote in this meeting.

 

If you will not be able to attend and vote at the meeting, please accomplish the proxy form [found in AAVA News, Feb. 14-19 issue] and give it to your named proxy.   Deadline for submission of all accomplished proxy forms shall be 5:00 p.m. of March   16, 2015 at the AA VA Office.   Pursuant to Article III, Section 8, of our Amended By-Laws, for quorum purposes, we need "at least one-fifth (l/5) of the total members in good standing” to be able to hold elections.

""Are you Ready?" "

It is wise to prepare before a disaster strikes. Among the things that you must find time to prepare today is your family’s evacuation kit. This kit is commonly called as Go Bag, Bug-out Bag, 72-hour Kit, etc. It is intended to provide you and your family with the basic needs for the next 72 hours after a disaster—the estimated time it would take for the government or disaster relief organizations to reach the affected people.

  • Bottled water
  • Non-perishable food
  • Credit/Debit cards and cash
  • Extra set of car and house keys
  • Flashlights, AM/FM radio, cell phone, extra batteries
  • Important documents in a water proof container (such as Zip-lock or vacuum bags)
  • Medications, including list of dosages, prescriptions, and doctor’s contact information (take note of the expiration dates.)
  • First-aid kit
  • Comfortable but sturdy shoes, extra clothes, rainwear
  • Maps (including AAV Map) and Evacuation Plan with route, contact and meeting information for your household
  • Baby supplies (if applicable)
  • Duct tape, personal hygiene supplies

    Note: This is not a comprehensive list and you may need other items depending on your needs, such as items for the elderly, disabled, and pets. You would want to choose a bag that is durable and easy to transport. Store the Go Bag in a safe place where it can be accessed quickly. You would also want to store another Go Bag in your car.




Announcement to all Residents of AAV

The AAVA Leadership has prepared for the aftermath of typhoon Hagupit and we urge everyone to observe and respect the following process by which AAVA in cooperation with the Barangay Ayala Alabang and with utility firms will tackle all damages that the Village and their residents will incur as a result of this typhoon:

  1. The AAVA Leaders will conduct a quick assessment of the extent of damages wrecked by typhoon Hagupit on the Village. This will be done in cooperation with the leadership of the Barangay Ayala Alabang.
  2. Immediately after the assessment, the AAVA leaders will gather at their command center at AAVA Conference room where facilities are ready, including maps, radios, cell phones, personnel etc. BAA will assemble at their command center at the DLSZ.
  3. The AAVA Leadership Team gives orders to the four (4) responder teams compose of between ten (10) to fifteen (15) personnel complete with chainsaws, bolos and other equipment who are stationed at four strategic areas, namely, a) AAVA office, b) District 2 covered court, c) Cuenca court, d) STP compound, to move and start clearing the main streets on the first hours, namely Madrigal, Acacia, University, Country Club Drive and Cuenca.
  4. The BAA will take care of clearing the main roads in District 1 as well as watch and guard all breaches on our walls in the whole Village.
  5. The Meralco and Maynilad Teams put on standby the day before also get activated at AAVA’s order and simultaneously on the first hours, conduct their own survey of the damages in the Village.
  6. Right after the two utility firms finished their survey, they will start their work immediately with the first couple of hours after the typhoon leaves. The first priority of Meralco is to restore the main lines along the main streets, going into the secondary lines or secondary roads right after they are done with the main lines. Note that they will not attend to any request for repair on any secondary lines until they are done with the primary lines. AAVA for that matter will compile all requests and forward them to Meralco when they are ready to attend to secondary road repairs.
  7. Maynilad will also do their repair jobs similar to the Meralco system, that is putting priority on main lines then going to secondary lines.
  8. We urge everyone to post in our AAVAWECARE FACE BOOK all their complaints and requests for services. We will also man our office on regular hours and phones on a 24 hour basis.
  9. In the same way, we urge everyone to help us restore the Village to normal conditions by volunteering to help us in various tasks like clearing roads and similar activities that will help us put all our roads to normal use as soon as possible.
  10. The AAVA and the BAA have given the authority that the Meralco and Maynilad repair crew may need to cut tree branches or break and dig on sidewalks to put our power and water supply to normal operating conditions. We appeal to all residents to avoid interfering with Meralco and Maynilad personnel thereby prevent them from doing their work of efficiently restoring power and water in the Village.
